Medical image correlated to genotype
We correlated an increase in arterial tortuosity to a TGFBR2 mutation that causes the disease Loeys-Dietz syndrome in this paper . This paper combines electronic medical record screening, genetic testing and quantitative measurements on medical images. Links to my papers .
